Unplug & Thrive

It’s so nice to be back 🌸🌸🌸 we are here again after almost a year, more ready and more grounded than ever.  The decision was made within just a few seconds, on a day full of exhaustion, psychological and physical pressure, responsibilities, and lack of sleep, when the idea came to continue the blog. Chris and I looked at each other and immediately both said “yes.”
